I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My approach to fitness will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time. Let’s start training together!

Our Services

  • Strength and Conditioning Class 1 day a week for a total of 8 classes. (Starting January 7)


    1 hr

    240 US dollars
  • A program focusing on personal fitness goals with a certified personal trainer.


    45 min

  • Personal training program for friends and family (partner up and save).


    1 hr

  • Train like an athlete (DEKA Training)


    1 hr

  • Single day training and/or assessment.
